Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions serve as the foundational platforms for modern business operations, ensuring resource optimization and process simplification. A revolutionary development in this domain is the integration of Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities, particularly within Cloud ERP environments. This paper examines how this synergy significantly enhances decision-making and operational effectiveness. By leveraging technologies such as predictive analytics, intelligent automation, and Natural Language Processing (NLP), AI-driven Cloud ERP systems analyze large-scale, real-time datasets. This capability shifts decision-making from retrospective analysis to proactive, data-driven insights, optimizing areas such as demand forecasting, automated workflow execution, and resource allocation. Research indicates that organizations implementing AI-powered ERP systems experience increased productivity and reduced operating expenses. However, barriers to widespread adoption remain, including legacy system integration challenges, data quality requirements, and the need for specialized talent. This article synthesizes recent research to provide a comprehensive understanding of AI/ML integration in Cloud ERP, illustrating its critical role in shaping the future of enterprise management.
