This paper presents the development of a voice-controlled bot for managing a laptop operating system with advanced functionality. The proposed system enables natural speech-based interaction for executing system commands, automating routine tasks, managing system resources, and integrating external services. A modular architecture combining automatic speech recognition, natural language processing, and secure command execution is proposed. Special attention is paid to security and privacy considerations, including user authentication and permission-based access control. Experimental evaluation of a prototype implementation demonstrates the feasibility of the approach and indicates improvements in usability and task execution efficiency. The results confirm that voice-controlled agents can significantly enhance human–computer interaction in desktop and laptop environments.
