A Priori Causal Resonance Predictions for the 2026 Astrophysical Cycle (UAT/UPC V9.0 Framework)

This registry establishes three falsifiable a priori predictions for astrophysical events in 2026, derived from the Universal Applicable Time (UAT) and Unified Principle of Causality (UPC) frameworks. The predictions are based on the V9.0 36+1 coil rotational detector architecture and are time-stamped to April 18, 2026, prior to any observational announcements. **Predicted Event Windows** - **May 10, 2026**: High-mass binary black hole coalescence with misaligned spins. - **June 21, 2026**: Anomalous gamma-ray burst or CMB fluctuation with a measurable precursor timing offset. - **August 15, 2026**: Pulsar timing signature exhibiting a secular frequency drift of +0.046 Hz/day. **Methodology** The predictions are computed from the core parameters of the Percudani Model: - Inflationary Drift: α = +0.046 Hz/day - Logarithmic Torsion: τ = 0.3697 - Target Frequency: 232.04 Hz - Quantum Brake: k_early = 0.967 - Table Rotation Asymmetry: 7% **Contents** - `A_Priori_Predictions_2026.pdf`: Full technical document including methodology, geometric metrics, and validation protocol. - `Metricas_Maestras_V9.json`: Phase vectors and calibration parameters for each event window. - `Firma_Digital_1804.txt`: Digital signature and SHA256 hash certifying the April 18, 2026 timestamp. **Validation** The predictions are intended for comparison with data from LIGO-Virgo-KAGRA O5, Fermi, Swift, and pulsar timing arrays.
