This repository contains a unified manuscript demonstrating that the Unified Applicable Time (UAT) framework simultaneously addresses three major tensions in modern cosmology without introducing additional free parameters. The canonical UAT model with quantum brake k_early = 0.967 and H0 = 73.04 km/s/Mpc yields: (1) a statistically competitive fit to cosmic chronometer H(z) data (chi2_red ≈ 0.64) while anchoring the local expansion rate to the SH0ES measurement; (2) a suppressed growth factor leading to S8_UAT = 0.766, in excellent agreement with weak-lensing surveys (KiDS, DES); and (3) a cosmic age of 13.46 Gyr, only 0.34 Gyr younger than the Planck ΛCDM value and fully compatible with the ages of passive galaxies across 0.1 ≤ z ≤ 2.2. The repository includes the three Python scripts that generate the results (cosmic chronometers, growth factor, and cosmic age), the corresponding figures, and the LaTeX source of the manuscript.
