This deposit contains the complete data, scripts, and results of the first systematic cross‑correlation between the VASCO (Vanishing and Appearing Sources during a Century of Observations) catalogue and LIGO O4a gravitational‑wave data, performed within the Universal Applied Time (UAT) and Unified Causal Principle (UPC) framework. The analysis employs the Resonant Hunter v9.1 engine with the calibrated Entropic Funnel (Thermodynamic Overdrive parameter γ = 2.08) to extract phase‑coherence metrics (coherence, Signal‑to‑Viscosity Ratio SVR, Temporal Viscosity Index TVI, and spectral purity) for ten VASCO candidates at their optimal observation times. Key findings: - VASCO‑02 exhibits a coherence excess of 2.12× relative to control candidates, with SVR = 0.048150 (near the theoretical target 0.0476) and low TVI entropy (1.1892), consistent with a persistent topological scar. - VASCO‑07 shows an anomalously low TVI standard deviation (0.2138), suggesting a nearly crystalline phase structure. - The remaining candidates form a control group with low coherence and high entropy, confirming the absence of false positives. - The UAT base frequency (187.37 Hz) is confirmed non‑instrumental via spectral purity analysis (normalised amplitude 0.0001).
