Discovery of a Universal Tuning Frequency at 177.37 Hz: Dynamic Resonance, Entropy-Overdrive Scaling, and the Identification of Hanford (H1) as a Non-Collapsing 4D Detector in the UAT/UPC Framework

This deposit contains the final audit report (Audit #5) documenting the discovery of a universal tuning frequency of 177.37 Hz in the LIGO Hanford (H1) and Virgo (V1) detectors, exactly 10.00 Hz below the UAT base frequency of 187.37 Hz. The frequency emerges as the joint phase entropy minimum during Thermodynamic Overdrive (κ/k > 4.967) events across multiple VASCO catalogue segments. Key findings: - Universal tuning frequency: 177.37 Hz (all five valid segments, two detectors). - H1 entropy reduction: 52% below shuffled noise (3.82–4.06 bits vs. 8.26 bits). - V1 entropy reduction: 29% below shuffled noise (5.84–5.90 bits). - Entropy-Overdrive scaling in H1: E = 0.0486·OV + 3.5421 (r = 0.89). - V1 saturation at 1.5 × Ivancho limit (κ ≈ 7.47), ΔOV/F_UAT ≈ 9. - Force-entropy relation: F_UAT / slope ≈ 5.74. - H1 classified as pure 4D detector, V1 as intermediate, L1 as 3D collapser.
