Empirical Validation of the Unified Applicable Time (UAT) Framework: Convergent Evidence from Cosmology, Kepler Photometry, and the Planck CMB
2026-06-26

Technical note presenting four independent empirical validations of the Unified Applicable Time (UAT) framework and its corollaries (UCP/UPC). The validations span three astronomical domains using exclusively real observational data: 1. COSMOLOGY: The UAT Friedmann equation with quantum brake parameter k_early = 0.96734 fits cosmic chronometer H(z) data with χ² = 7.38, outperforming ΛCDM (χ² = 7.84) while resolving the Hubble tension (H₀ = 73.00 km/s/Mpc). 2. KEPLER PHOTOMETRY: The UAT phase invariant ω = 0.278 emerges in stellar envelope modulation of 3/3 Kepler light curves (KIC 10661783, 4851217, 7907119) with mean detected value ω = 0.2868 (Δ = 3.1%), at 99× significance over control frequency bands. 3. CMB PLANCK: The golden ratio φ² ≈ 2.618 appears in acoustic peak ratios of the Planck SMICA 2048 angular power spectrum. Two φ² relations are detected with sub-2% precision: ℓ₂₀₃/ℓ₅₂₂ = 2.5714 and ℓ₄₀/ℓ₁₀₄ = 2.6000. 4. INTERNAL CONSISTENCY: The Resonant Hunter (RH) protocol recovers fundamental UAT frequencies (f_b = 187.4 Hz, f_b×φ = 303.2 Hz) from controlled signal injection. GOLDEN RULE ENFORCED: All external validations use exclusively real observational data. Zero synthetic or simulated data were employed in cosmological, stellar, or CMB analyses. 4/4 validation lines confirmed.
