Two Sides of the Same Coin: The Closed-Loop Identity of Strategic Planning and Execution

This study challenges the separation of strategic planning and operational execution. We propose they are two manifestations of a single organizational capability. We introduce the Plan-Result Correlation Coefficient (PRC) as a measurable strategic metric and the Closed-Loop Strategy as a consulting framework for reunifying them.
