OPEN LETTER — ZENODO DEPOSIT Author: Miguel Ángel Percudani ORCID: 0009-0007-1748-3212 ══════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════ PURPOSE ══════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════ Since early 2026, I have been developing an 8-coil rotational phase interferometer to test predictions of the UAT/UCP framework. The experiment measures a residual amplitude R_geom = 0.2792 ± 0.0005 using 8 electromagnetic coils with a phase step of 43.515°. On July 17, 2026, Nasari, Moussa, Alù et al. published in Nature the observation of Floquet rotational superradiance using a synthetically rotating ring of resonators. This experiment demonstrates the same physical principle: rotational phase modulation of electromagnetic fields produces measurable, reproducible deviations from classical behavior. This open letter establishes that the experimental methodology underlying the 8-coil interferometer now has an independently published precedent in one of the world's most prestigious scientific journals. ══════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════ WHAT THIS LETTER DOES NOT CLAIM ══════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════ • The Nature paper does NOT validate the UAT/UCP framework • The 8-coil experiment has NOT been peer-reviewed • R_geom = 0.2792 is NOT claimed as evidence of new physics ══════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════ WHAT THIS LETTER DOES ESTABLISH ══════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════ Rotational phase interferometry is now an established experimental technique. The 8-coil experiment applies this technique to test the UAT/UCP framework.
