This preprint consolidates the key predictions of the Unified Applicable Time (UAT) and Unified Causal Principle (UCP) framework, all derived from a single free parameter (the 7% thermal calibration margin). - Cosmology: 31 cosmic chronometers and BOSS DR12 BAO data yield a Bayes factor B ≈ 294 in favor of UAT over ΛCDM. The Om(z) diagnostic shows a mild evolution (mean 0.2948 ± 0.0104), distinct from the constant ΛCDM value. - QCD confinement: The Causal Mass Gap equation predicts M_obs(4) = 215.6 MeV, in 0.7% agreement with Λ_QCD = 217 ± 15 MeV (PDG 2024). The geometric projection factor 2R_geom = 0.558364 is derived from laboratory interferometry and resolves a previously noted discrepancy. - New physics scales: M_obs(5) = 1.71 TeV and M_obs(6) = 682 TeV. The 1.71 TeV resonance coincides numerically with four discarded marginal LHC anomalies (ATLAS/CMS, 1.6–1.9 TeV). A toy Monte Carlo analysis shows that ~13,000 fb^-1 would be required for a 5σ discovery — well beyond the HL-LHC reach of 3000 fb^-1. Therefore this scale cannot be tested with currently planned colliders. The 682 TeV scale is consistent with a Type I seesaw mechanism for neutrino masses. - Other tests: A null result from a coherent-drift search for a predicted 6.18 Hz causal overflow signal in seismic data (EarthScope ANMO station, 30 days) is also reported, demonstrating the framework's falsifiability. All predictions use zero free parameters beyond the 7% margin. The supplementary ZIP archive contains all original Python scripts and detailed technical notes, making this a self-contained reference.
