This document records the conceptual seed from which the UAT/UCP framework grew. It begins with a scientifically established fact: different species perceive the passage of time at different rates. A housefly (Musca domestica), with a flicker-fusion frequency of 200-250 Hz, samples reality roughly four times faster than a human being. This difference does not imply that time itself flows differently for the fly and the human; it implies that any measurement of a physical quantity that depends on time is filtered through the biological sampling rate of the observer who performs it. From this observation arose a question: if our fundamental constants depend on how we measure time, and if how we measure time depends on our biology, then what is the real time of the universe? And can we construct a physics that does not care who is asking? The UAT/UCP framework —with its geometric constants R_geom, k_early, and the Ivancho limit— was the attempt to answer that question. This is not a scientific paper. It is an antalogy: a record of the question that came before all the equations.
