A Rheological Approach to the Viscous Fermionic Vacuum Condensate. Part III. Rheological Nature of Galactic Rotation Curves: Eliminating Dark Matter via ψ-Condensate Viscosity
2026-08-11

This paper demonstrates that the observed plateau in spiral galaxy rotation curves results from the viscous entrainment of baryonic matter by the ψ-condensate (the Ocean). Using fundamental medium parameters (ρ = 8.84 × 10^-27 kg/m^3 , η = 1.2 × 10^-15 Pa•s), we derive a kinematic viscosity ν ≈ 1.357 × 10^11 m^2 /s and the fundamental acceleration a 0 , eliminating the need for the Dark Matter hypothesis. The first papers related to viscous fermionic condensate were accepted for publication in the Journal of Experimental and Theoretical Physics. This work is a continuation of the previous ones.
