This Zenodo repository contains the manuscript, Python scripts, and supplementary material for the technical note "The Causal Membrane as a Shifted Horizon: Predictions from the Original UAT Equation" by Miguel Angel Percudani. The note studies the original Unified Applicable Time (UAT) equation in the local, non-cosmological limit appropriate for a black hole. The equation combines a relativistic gravitational term, a Planck-scale regularisation, and a Loop Quantum Gravity correction through the Barbero-Immirzi parameter. Imposing the condition that the applicable time factor equals the 8-phase geometric residue R_geom = 0.279182 defines an effective causal membrane radius. For astrophysical black holes, the resulting relation is: r_mem / r_s = 1 / (1 - R_geom^2) ≈ 1.0845 where r_s is the Schwarzschild radius. The causal membrane therefore lies approximately 8.45% outside the classical horizon, independently of mass. The same condition applied at the classical horizon gives a minimum black hole mass: M_min ≈ 1.79 M_Planck The repository includes: LaTeX manuscript with the complete derivation. Python script computing the applicable time factor, the effective membrane radius, and the minimum black hole mass. Python script performing an informal comparison with Event Horizon Telescope shadow measurements for M87* and Sgr A*. The EHT comparison is presented only as a first, informal consistency check. It assumes, as a working approximation, that the membrane shift scales the shadow diameter by the same factor. The results do not contradict current EHT data, but the observational uncertainties are still too large to distinguish the predicted 8.45% shift from the classical Schwarzschild shadow. This is not a validation of the UAT/UCP metric. All calculations use only NumPy, SciPy, and CODATA 2018 constants. No new parameters or hypotheses beyond those already present in the UAT/UCP framework are introduced.
