В отчете представлены результаты поперечного исследования взаимосвязи опыта практики Глубинной системы развития (GSR) и широкого спектра психометрических показателей. Исследование выполнено методом онлайн-анкетирования и включает данные 377 участников (22 человека без опыта GSR и 355 человек с различным опытом проведения самосессий). Для оценки психоэмоциональных характеристик использовались валидированные психометрические опросники: BSCS, TEIQue-SF, BFI-2-XS, BDI, STAI, PSS-10, COPE-30, CD-RISC-10, CFI, UWES, PGIS, RSES, GSES, CERQ, Grit-S, SWLS. Статистический анализ включал сравнение контрольной группы и группы новичков в GSR (менее 10 самосессий), а также построение регрессионных моделей с контролем демографических и поведенческих ковариат (возраст, пол, образование, семейное положение, опыт психотерапии, опыт выполнения медитативных практик). После коррекции на множественные сравнения опыт GSR оказался значимым предиктором для баллов по 34 психометрическим шкалам. Ключевые результаты: больший опыт практики GSR статистически достоверно ассоциирован со снижением тревожности (ситуативной и личностной), депрессивной симптоматики (когнитивно-аффективной и соматической), воспринимаемого стресса и дистресса; повышением самоконтроля, эмоционального интеллекта, самоуважения, самоэффективности, стрессоустойчивости, инициативы личностного роста, удовлетворённости жизнью и вовлечённости в работу (энергичность, энтузиазм, поглощенность деятельностью). Также выявлено снижение дезадаптивных копинг-стратегий (отрицание, поведенческое отстранение, употребление веществ) и увеличение частоты использования планирования как когнитивной стратегии регуляции эмоций. Контрольная группа и новички GSR не различались по измеренным характеристикам, что снижает вероятность объяснения эффектов исходной селекцией. Проверка пороговых эффектов не выявила резких скачков показателей после достижения определенного накопленного опыта - изменения описываются как постепенные и монотонные. Полученные данные формируют профиль психометрических коррелятов опыта GSR. Выявленные устойчивые ассоциации между большим опытом практики и улучшениями по широкому спектру показателей свидетельствуют о потенциальном адаптивном ресурсе данной методики. Поскольку контрольная группа и новички не различались, а регрессионный анализ проводился с контролем ковариат, это снижает риск объяснения результатов исходной селекцией.
