В статье представлено теоретическое обоснование концепции «Репаративного самоусыновления» (РС) как транстеоретического конструкта, описывающего акт сознательного принятия взрослым человеком ответственности за заботу о собственных уязвимых состояниях. Конструкт не является самостоятельной психотерапевтической моделью и не конкурирует с существующими подходами, а встраивается в различные терапевтические парадигмы: КПТ, схема-терапию, транзактный анализ, CFT, IFS, ACT, MBCT, экзистенциальную терапию, телесно-ориентированную терапию, психодраму, гештальт-терапию, метакогнитивную терапию и логотерапию. В качестве предполагаемого уникального активного ингредиента рассматривается рефлексивный акт принятия права на заботу через реалистичные поведенческие микро-контракты с правом на ошибку. Определены три уровня применения конструкта: акт, процесс, терапия - с ясными критериями завершения для каждого уровня. Разработан расширенный протокол безопасности, учитывающий коморбидные расстройства, психофармакологический контекст и специфические риски по клиническим группам. Представлен дизайн двухэтапного пилотного исследования: изолированная проверка ядра конструкта (микро-контракт) и проверка последовательности девяти модулей. Статистический анализ включает оценку размера эффекта d Коэна для определения целесообразности полномасштабного РКИ. Конструкт РС представляет собой клиническую гипотезу, требующую эмпирической проверки. Annotation The article presents a theoretical justification of the concept of "Reparative Self-Adoption" (RSA) as a transtheoretical construct describing the act of conscious acceptance by an adult of responsibility for caring for their own vulnerable states. The construct is not an independent psychotherapeutic model and does not compete with existing approaches; it is embedded in various therapeutic paradigms: CBT, schema therapy, transactional analysis, CFT, IFS, ACT, MBCT, existential therapy, body-oriented therapy, psychodrama, gestalt therapy, metacognitive therapy, and logotherapy. The reflexive act of accepting the right to care through realistic behavioral micro-contracts with the right to make mistakes is considered as the presumed unique active ingredient. Three levels of application of the construct are identified: act, process, therapy - with clear completion criteria for each level. An extended safety protocol has been developed that takes into account comorbid disorders, the psychopharmacological context, and specific risks by clinical groups. The design of a two-stage pilot study is presented: an isolated test of the core of the construct (micro-contract) and a test of the sequence of nine modules. Statistical analysis includes assessment of Cohen's d effect size to determine the feasibility of a full-scale RCT. The RSA construct is a clinical hypothesis requiring empirical testing.
