The Dual Invariants of the Ocean: Exact Derivation of N_OCEAN and N_WAVE Scaling Units from First Principles of FUH

Within the framework of the Fermionic Universe Hypothesis (FUH), we present the strict analytical derivation of two dimensionless cosmological invariants: the viscous-pressure scale factor N_OCEAN ≈ 1.75515×10^12 and the wave-inertial unit N_WAV E ≈ 0.92187×10^−12. Utilizing exclusively the primary parameters of the vacuum substrate (η, P_ψ,Λ, c), we demonstrate the complete annihilation of SI dimensions. The numerical coupling of these independent sovereign operators forms a closed inversion loop strictly governed by the global packaging invariant N_OCEAN · N_WAV E = β^−1 = 1.618, establishing a direct auto-resonant link between global scale relations and local planar shear dislocations.
