Theory of Polycentric Flows (3D Navier-Stokes Equations in the Language of Universal Proportion and Types of Duality)

This work constructs a new formalism for the 3D Navier-Stokes equations based on polycentric geometry and duality types. The velocity field is represented as a harmonic network, pressure as a universal proportion, and viscosity as an inversion symmetry. The global solvability criterion is formulated as the completeness of the polycentric system.
